LEARN TO WORK AS A BARTENDER
The BAAR School bartender training is for those who want to learn the basics of the bartending profession, feel confident behind the bar, and gain practical knowledge of the world of hospitality.
During the training, you will gradually learn about the most important areas of bartending: preparing drinks and cocktails, using the bar properly, work processes, as well as the routine and attitude that a bartender needs in their everyday work.
The 3–4-month training takes place in groups of independent applicants. This gives you the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the profession together with other participants through continuous instruction and joint practice. The goal is not only to provide theoretical knowledge, but also to ensure that you can confidently apply what you have learned in practice.

WHAT THE TRAINING PROVIDES
PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE
Alongside theoretical knowledge, great emphasis is placed on practice so that you can confidently apply what you have learned behind the bar.
SOLID FOUNDATIONS
Learn about the essential tools, work processes, drinks and most important rules of working behind the bar.
BEHIND-THE-BAR EXPERIENCE
With regular practice, you can gradually gain greater confidence and experience in working behind the bar.
3–4-MONTH TRAINING
Continuous instruction, joint practice and gradual development in a supportive and cohesive training group.
NOT JUST THEORY.
LEARN THROUGH PRACTICE.
The bartending profession cannot be learned exclusively from books or theoretical instruction. Learning the proper techniques, movements and work processes requires practice and repetition.
That is why practical training plays a key role at BAAR School, alongside the theoretical foundations. Participants gradually become familiar with the tasks involved in working behind the bar while receiving guidance from instructors and continuous feedback.
The goal is not only to know how to prepare a drink, but also to be able to work confidently and with the right level of experience behind the bar.
